MIND, BODY AND BREATH
I feel best when I’m active. Our bodies are amazing machines that are meant to move (even as we breath we move). The breath links mind and body and is the key to awareness of mind & body connection. The breath is the most powerful tool we have to clear the mind.
I often use the mantra “inhale let, exhale go” or “inhale the good shit, exhale the bull shit.” This brings us to present moment. To be present and to live each moment to the fullest is truly the key to happiness! Easier said than done so we have to practice.
Yoga is a practice; circular, fluid and always evolving.
One of my favorite poets, Bob Marley says “emancipate yourself from mental slavery, none but ourselves can free our mind” Isn’t that what life is all about, freeing the mind to live fully aware and grounded in the present moment?
